Addition, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod being the point of intersection of the west right-of-way line of Denver Avenue
and the north line ofa 25-foot alley, said iron rod being the southeast corner of said Lot 5, Block 3, Kemp & Jackson
Addition of Block 11, Bellevue Addition, and also being the place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said north line of a 25-foot alley, and the south line of said Lot 5, Block 3, West 200.00 feet to a
1/2 inch iron rod being the point of intersection of said north line of a 25-foot alley, and the east line of a 26-foot
alley, said iron rod being the southwest corner of said Lot 5, Block 3;
Thence along said east line of a 26-foot alley and along the west line of said Lots 5 and 6, Block 3, North 103.75
feet to a 3/8 inch iron rod being the northwest corner of said Lot 6, Block 3;
Thence leaving said east line of a 26-foot alley, and along the north line of said Lot 6, Block 3, East 200.00 feet
to a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in said west right-of-way line of Denver Avenue, said Iran rod being the northeast corner of
said Lot 6, Block 3;
Thence along said west right-of-way line of Denver Avenue, and along the east line of said Lots 5 and 6, Block 3,
South 103.75 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.476 acre of land, more or less.
