line of Third Street;
THENCE S 34' 09' 35" E with the Southwest line of Bluff Street, 188.4 feet to a point in South line of a 25.0 foot wide
alley, for the East corner of this tract;
THENCE S 550 47' 45" W with the South line of alley, 524.69 feet to a point in the Northeast line of Broad Street,
for the South corner of this tract;
THENCE N W 00' W with the Northeost line of Broad Street, 187.8 feet to an iron rod at the West corner of Block 241,
for the West corner of this tract;
THENCE N 550 43' 30" E with the Southeast line of Third Street, 524.2 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
