being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod for the southeast corner of said Lot 2-A, said I/2" iron rod also
being the intersection of the west right-of-way line of Scott Avenue and the north right-of-way line
of Fourth Street for the southeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence South 56° 00' West 150.00 feet along said north right-of-way line of Fourth Street to a
1/2" iron rod lying in the east right-of-way line of a 25-foot alley for the southwest corner of this
tract;
