more commonly known as Lots 9.18, Block 78, Original Townsi te, an addition to the City of Wichita
Falls, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a ,i/2" Iron Rod for the Southwest corner of said Bllock 78, the intersection of
the East line of North Lamar Street and the North Hine of Wichita Street, both dedicated streets;
Thence North 340 00' West 150.00 feet allong the East line of North Lamar Street and the West
