A tract of land being more commonly known as Lot i and the North 25.00 feet
of Lot 2, Block 229, Original Townsice, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls,
Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows: w
Beginning at a �" iron rod being the point of intersection of the South right-
of-way line of Fifteenth Street and the West right-of-way line of Burnett Street,
said �" iron rod being the Northeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 229, and the
Northeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said West right-of-way line of Burnett Street, South 35"00'
Eps( 95.00 feet to a �" irorn rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said West right-of-way line, South 55° 00' West 150.00 feet
