owner of Lots 1 thru 14, Block 17C, Original Townsite, Wichita Falls, Texas; and herewith replats
said tract of land into Lot 1-A, Block 170; said tract of land beirig described by metes and bounds
as followst
BEGINNING at a 5/8" smooth iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 170, Original
Townsite, Wichita Falls, Texas.
THENCE S55000'00"W along the North line of Ninth Street at 320.36 feet pass a "I" iron reinforcing
rod and continuing on the same course in all 324.82 feet to a point at the Southwest corner of
Lot 8
THENCE N34049'20"W 350.84 feet along the East line of Bluff Street to a 2" iron reinforcing rod at
the Northwest corner of Lot 14
THENCE N55o06'30"W 323.99 feet along the South line of Eighth Street to a t" iron reinforcing rod
at the Northeast corner of Lot 1
THENCE S34057'50"E 350.23 feet along the West line of Burnett Street to the place of beginning and
containing 2.61 acres of land more or less.
The owner of land shown on the plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, watercourses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and
