A tract of land being more commonly known as Lots 4, 5,6 And 7,81ock 102, Original Townsite,
an addition to the city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the North right-of-way line of Third Street, and the
West right-of-way line of Scott Street, said point also being the Southeast corner of above mentioned
Lot 7, Block 102, Original Townsite, said point being the Southeast corner and place of beginning of
this description;
Thence, along said North right-of-way line of Third Street, South 550 03' 30" West 153.70 feet to
a point lying in the East line of a 25 foot alley, said point being the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence, leaving said North right-of-way line of Third Street and along the East line of said 25 foot
alley, North 350 00' 00" West 200.72 feet to a point, said point being the Northwest corner of said Lot 4
and the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence, along the North line of said Lot 4, North 550 03' 30" East 153.70 feet to a point lying in said
West right-of-way line of Scott Street, said point being the Northeast corner of said Lot 4, and .the North-
east corner of this tract;
Thence, along said West right-of-way line of Scott Street, South 350 00' 00" East 200.72 feet to the
