inclusive, Block 143. Original Townsite of the city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, and being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the above mentioned J. A. Scott Survey No. 16, A-306, thence East 1024 feet and
South 340 Bast 1277 feet to the point of intersection of the South right-of-way line of Fifth Street -and -the East right-of-
way line of Austin Street, said point being the Northwest cornerofthe above mentioned Lot SK, Block 143, Original Townsite
of the city of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, for the Northwest corner of this tract, and the place of beginning of
this description;
Thence, along the above mentioned South right-of-way line of Fifth Street, also being the North line of said Lot 14,
Block 143. Original Townsite, North 56° 00' East 149.71 feet to the Northeast corner Of said Lot 14, Block 143, Original
Townsite,said point being the point of intersection of said South right-of-way line of Fifth Street and the West line of
a 25 foot alley, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence, leaving said South right-of-way line of Fifth Street, and along the above mentioned West line of a 25 foot
