BEGINNING at an iron rod at the West corner of Lot 6, Block 234, Original Townsite, Wichita Falls,
as recorded in Vol. 4, Page 4, Wichita County Plat Records, said iron rod also being in the inter-
section of the Northeast Right -of -Way line of Broad Street and the Southeast Right -of -Way line of
Tenth Street;
THENCE N 550 06' E, 251.8 feet to an iron rod at the North corner of Lot 6;
THENCE S 340 59' E, 350.0 feet to an iron rod in the Northwest Right -of -Way line of Eleventh Street
at the East corner of Lot 4;
THENCE S 550 06' W along the Southeast line of Lot 4, 199.35 feet to a mark chiseled in concrete;
THENCE N 350 00' W, 116.67 feet to an iron rod in the Southeast line of Lot 5;
THENCE along the Southeast line of Lot 5, S 550 06' W, 52.35 feet to the South corner of Lot 5;
THENCE N 350 00' W, 233.33 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.883 acre of land.
