FIELD NOTES
A tract of land out of Lots 6 d 7, Block 201, original Townsite, an addition to the
City of Wichi to Falls, Wichita County, and out of the John Scott Survey No. 16, A-306, Wichita County,
Texas, said tract being more specifically described by mates and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection of the Northwest right—of—way line of Twelfth Street and the
Northeast right—of—way line of Travis Street, said point being the Southwest corner of said Lot 6, and
also being the Southwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence, along the Northeast right—of—way line of Travis Street, North 240 00' West 140.30 Feet to
a point, said point being the Southwest corner of lot 8, of said Block 201, Original Townsite, and the
Northwest corner of said Lot 7, said point also being the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence, leaving said Northwest right—of—way line and along the South line of said Lot 8, North 660
07- East 150.00 feet to a point lying in the West line of a 25 foot alley, said point being the Northeast
corner of this tract;
Thence, along the West line of said 25 foot alley, South 240 00' East 140.30 feet to a point lying in
the above mentioned Northwest right—of—way line of Twelfth Street, said point being the Southeast corner
of this tract;
Thence, along said Northwest right—of—wsy line of Twelfth Street, Soutl 660 07' West 150.00 feet to
