Whereas Denton's Incorporated is the owner of part of Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 252, Original
Townsite of Wichita Falls, Texas, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 252, Original Townsite of Wichita
Falls, Texas, as recorded in Vol. 4, Page 4, of the Wichita County Plat Records, said iron rod
being at the intersection of the West Right -of -Way of Broad Street and the North Right -of -Way of
Fourteenth Street;
THENCE along the South line of Lot 3 and the North Right -of -Way of Fourteenth Street S 56° 23' W
140.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 330 40' W 250.2 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 560 18' E 140.0 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Lot 1 and the West Right -of -Way of
3road Street;
THENCE along the West Right -of -Way of Broad Street S 33° 40' E 250.4 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.804 acres of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this Plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places shown for the purpose
and consideration therein expressed.
