A tract of land out of slack 248, Original Townsite, an addition
` to the city of Wichita Falls, Texas, being more commonly known as a
part of lots 1 and 2, of the above mentioned Block 248, original
Towasits, said tract being more specifically described by "tea and
bounds as follows:
Bog inning at a point, for the northwest corner of said lot 1,
said point also lying on the East line of 25 foot alley and on the
South right—of—way line on Ninth Street, said point being the North—
west corner ano the place of beginning of this tract;
Thence South 34000' East 174.67 feet along said East line of
25 foot alley to a point, being the intersection of the North line
