of which is described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake set at the N.E. car. of this tract and the N.E. car. of said Lot 1, Block 98.
THENCE S.35°00'E., with the West R.O.W. line of Burnett St., 250.0 ft., to an iron stake set for the S.E. car.
Of Lot 5, said Block 98, and the S.E., cur. of this tract.
THENCE S.55000'W., 150.0 ft., to an iron stake set for the S.W. car. of this tract and the S..W, cor. of said
Lot 5.
THENCE N.35000'W., with the East line of a 25 ft. alley, 2.50.0 ft., to an iron stake set for the N.W. cor, of
this tract and the N.W. car. of said Lot 1,
THENCE N.55000'E., with the North line of said Lot 1, 150.0 ft., to the place of beginning and containing 0.86 +r
