Records, said point being the Intersection of the Northeast line of Broad Street and

THENCE N 33*40' W along the Northeast line of Broad Street, 234.66 feet to an
iron rod, the Northwest corner of Lot 5, the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 56*20' E along the Northwest line of said Lot 5 for a distance of 251.46
feet to an iron rod in the Southwest line of an alley;
THENCE S 33*33' E along Southwest line of said alley 117.21 feet to a point;
THENCE S 56018' W 51.23 feet to a point;
THENCE S 33040' E 117.23 feet to a point in the Northwest line of Twelfth Street;
THENCE S 56°17' W along the Northwest line of Twelfth Street 200.0 feet to the
Place of Beginning and containing 1.215 acres of land.
