Falls, according to Plat recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1-4, Wichita County Plat Records, said
point being in the West Right -of -Way line of Indiana Avenue;
THENCE S 35°00' E with the West Right -of -Way line of Indiana Avenue 125.29 feet to a
point;
THENCE S 55°00' W to a point in the East line of a 25 foot alley;
THENCE N 35*00' W with the East line of said alley 125.29 feet to a point for the
Northwest corner of said Lot 4;
THENCE N 55000' E with the North line of said Lot 4, 150.0 feet to the place of
beginning and containing 0.431 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed there-
