WHEREAS George Jones Ross, Jr., is the owner of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 124, Original
Townsite Wichita Falls, Texas described as follows:
BErINNING at an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 124, Original Townsite Wichita
Falls as recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1-4, Plat Records of Wichita County, said rod being at the
intersection of the South Right-of-way line of Fourth Street and the West Right-of-way line of
Travis Street;
THENCE S 34054' E with the West Right-of-way line of Travis Street 201.0 feet to an iron rod for
the Southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 124 and the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 55053' W with the South line of said Lot 4,149.45 feet to an iron rod for the Southwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 34054' W with the East line of a 25 foot alley, 201.0 feet to an iron rod in the South
Right-of-way line of Fourth Street for the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 124 and the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 55053' E with the South Right-of-way line of Fourth Street, also being the North line of
said Lot 1, 149.45 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.69 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public for-
ever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon showr
for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
