corner of this tract;
THENCE N 34054' W, along the East line of said Block 141, 350.84 feet to its Northeast corner, the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 55009' W, along the North line of said Block 141, 326.60 feet to its Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 35*00' E along the West line of said Block 141, 100.51 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 12, Block 141;
THENCE N 55*06' E, along the North line of said Lot 12, 100.70 feet to a point;
THENCE S 35000' E 52.71 feet to a point;
THENCE S 55005' W 100.65 feet to a point in the West line of said Block 141;
THENCE S 35*00' E, along the West line of said Block 141, 198.52 feet to the place of beginning and containing
