Being all of Lots 26 and 27, and parts of Lots 28 and 29, Block 87, of the Original
Townsite of Wichita Falls, Texas, and being described by metes and bounds, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point which is the intersection of the north line of Second Street
with the east right-of-way line of Eastside Drive, said point being N 550 001 E, 2.5
feet from the southwest corner of said Block 87;
THENCE with the east right-of-way line of Eastside Drive, and along a curve to the
left, with a radius of 1191 feet, a distance of 35.9 feet to a point in the west
line of said Lot 28;
THENCE N 350 001 W along the west line of Lots 28, 27, and 26, 64.2 feet to the north-
west corner of Lot 26;
THENCE N 550 001 E along the north line of Lot 26, 150.0 feet to the west line of a
25 foot alley;
THENCE S a50 001 E along the west line of said alley, 100.0 feet to the north line
of Second Street;
THENCE S 550 001 W along the north line of Second Street, 147.5 feet to the place
of beginning.
