WHEREAS, Rose Adams, Sophia Eckert and Sophia Eckert, Guardian of the Estate of Frederica Raymond, are the Owners of
Lots 13 and 14, Block 140, Original Townsite of Wichita Falls, Texas, described as follows:
BEGIiNING at a point at the Northwest corner of Lot 14, Block 140, Original Townsite of Wichita Falls, Texas, said point
also being the intersection of the East Right-of-way line of Scott Avenue and the South Right-of-way line of Fifth Street;
THENCE N H-07' E, with North line of Lot 14 and the South Right -of -ray line of Fifth Street, 150.5 feet to a point in the
West Right-of-way line of an alley, the Northeast corner of said Lot 14;
THENCE S 34`54' E, with the West Right-of-way line of alley, 100.16 feet to a point, the Southeast corner of Lot 13,
Block 140, Original Townsite of Wichita Falls;
THENCE S 55007' W, with the,South line of said Lot 13, 150.5 feet to a point in the East Right-of-way line of Scott Avenue,
the Southwest corner of said Lot 13;
THENCE N 34'54' W, with the East Right-of-way line of Scott Avenue, 100.16 feet to the place of beginning and containing
0.346 acre of land.
We hereby combine these two lots into one tract but retain ownership as follows:
Frederica Raymond - Owner of the East 50.16 feet of Lots 13 and 14, Block 140, Original Townsite.
Pose Adarls and Sophia Eckert - Owners of the West 100.34 feet of Lots 13 and 14, Block 140, Original Townsite.
Therefore, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
