Lots 6 6 7,of Block 205 of the Original Townsite of the City of Wichita'Falls, Texas, said tract being more
specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at thn most southerly corner of the above mentioned Lot 6, said corner also being the most
southerly corner of the above mentioned Block 205 and the place of beginning of this description;
Thence North 350 00' West 140.0 feet along the West line of the above mentioned Lots 6 6 7 and the
East right-of-way line of Bluff Street to the Northwest corner of Lot 7 for the Northwest corner of this tract;
