Lots 5, 6 6 7 out of Block 171 of the Original Townsite of Wichita Falls, said tract being more specifically described by
metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at the most easterly corner of the above mentioned Lot 7, said corner also being the most easterly
corner of the herein described tract and the place of beginning of this description;
Thence South 660 00' West along the north line of Ninth Street a distance of 150.0 feet to the most southerly
corner of the above mentioned Lot 7;
