BEGINNING at a point at the Northwest intersection corner of Sixth Street and Lee Street,
said point being also the Northeast corner of Lots 7, Block 137, Original Townsite, Wichita Falls,
THENCE S.550-00'W. with the North R.O.W. line of Sixth Street, 114.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N.350-00'W. 72.5 feet to a point;
THENCE N.550-00'E. 114.0 feet to a point on the West R.O.W. line of Lee Street;
THENCE S.350-00'E. with said West R.O.W. line 72.5 feet to the place of beginning and containing
0.189 acres of land.
