by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 21, Block 76, Original Townsite, Wichita Falls, Texas, said
corner also being the point of intersection of a 25 foot alley and the West R.O.W. line of Bridge Street;
THENCE South a distance of 230.0 feet along said R.O.W. to a point, said point being in the South R.O.W.
of Wichita Street;
THENCE East 179.39 feet along said R.O.W. to a point, said point also being in the West R.O.W. of Bridge
Street;
THENCE South along the West R.O.W. of Bridge Streets distance of 90.0 feet to a point on the North High
Bank of Wichita River;
THENCE S.86°-57'-15"W. along the North Bank of Wichita River a distance of 252.68 feet to a point, said
point also being in the East R.O.W. of the F. W. & D. R.R. Co.;
THENCE N.09°-55'W. along said R.O.W. for a distance of 186.21 feet to a point, said point also be ng the
point of intersection of the F. W. & D. R.R. Co. East R.O.W. with the North R.O.W.projected of Wichita

THENCE East along the North R.O.W. of Wichita Street projected a distance of 29.99 feet to a point, said

THENCE North along the West line of Lot 19 a distance of 150.0 feet to a point, said point being in the
South R.O.W. line of a 25 foot alley;
THENCE East a distance of 75.0 feet along said R.O.W. to the place of beginning and containing 1 02
acres of land.
