Texas, is the Owner of a part of Block G, Original Townaite, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas,
being the part located North of the Wichita River, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South R.O.W. of Wichita Street and the West R.O.W. of
Bridge Street, said point being the Northeast corner of Block G, Original Townaite, Wichita Falls,
Texas.
THENCE South along the West R.O.W. of Bridge Street, 90.0 feet to the North bank of the Wichita
River;
THENCE S.860-57'-15"W. along the North bank of the Wichita River 252.68 feet to a point on the
East R.O.W. of F.W. & D. R.R.;
THENCE N.090-55'W. along the East R.O.W. of F.W. & D. R.R. 105.00 feet to a point on the South
R.O.W. of Wichita Street;
THENCE East along the South R.O.W. of Wichita Street, 270.41 feet to the place of beginning and
containing 0.582 acres of land.
The Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
