BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Block 8, Original Townsite, Wichita Falls, at the
intersection of the Northwest R.O.W. of Madison Street with the Northeast R.O.W. of Bridge
Street (as dedicated);
THENCE N.360-24'W. along the Northeast R.O.W. of Bridge Street a distance of 350.0 feet to the
Northwest corner of Block 8;
THENCE N.530-36'E. 325.0 feet to a point in the Southwest R.O.W. of Burkburnett Road, which is
the Northeast corner of Block 8;
THENCE S.36'-24'E, along the Southwest R.O.W. of Burkburnett Road a distance of 248.0 feet to a
point which is N.36°-24'W. 2.0 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 8;
THENCE 5.530-36'W. 150.0 feet to a point in the Northeast line of a 25' alley and said point
being N.36°-24'W. 2.0 feet from toe Southwest corner of Lot 5, Block 8;
