Original Townsite of Wichita Falls as shown on plat recorded at Volume 4, Page 1-4 of Wichita
County Plat Records, described as followst
BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 21, Block 92, Original Townsite of Wichita
Falls, said rod being in the East line of Scott Avenue and North line of an alleys
THENCE N 55000'E along the North line of said alley 150.0 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 16,
also the Southwest corner of Lot 15 to a point for corners
THENCE N 34o40'W 50.0 feet along the East line of Lot 16 to a point for corners
THENCE N 550001E 175.0 feet to a point in the West line of Indiana Avenue for corners
THENCE N 34o40'W along the West line of Indiana Avenue 100.0 feet to the Northeast corner of said
Block 92 for corners
THENCE S 55000-W 325.0 feet along the North line of said Block 92 to its Northwest corners
THENCE S 3160401E along the East line of Scott Avenue 150.0 feet to the place of beginning. Therefore,
the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, allays, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
