of a certain tract of land situated in Block 78, Original Townsite of Wichita Falls, Wichita County,
Texas, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Northwest R.O.W. of Wichita Street with the Northeast
R.O.W. of North Lamar Street at the Southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 78, Original Townsite of
Wichita Falls, Texas;
THENCE N.360-24'W. 50.0 feet with the Northeast R.O.W. of North Lamar Street;
THENCE N.530-36'E. 100.0 feet across Lots 9, 10, 11, and 12 of Block 78;
THENCE N.360-24'W. 100.0 feet with the Northeast line of Lot 12 to its Northeast corner;
THENCE N.53°-36'E. 50.0 feet with the Southeast line of an alley to the Northwest corner of Lot
15, Block 78;
THENCE S.36°-24'E. 150.0 feet with the Southwest line of Lot 15 to its Southwest corner on the
Northwest R.O.W. of Wichita Street;
