particularly described as follows;
BEGINNING at the intersection of the Southeast R.O.W. of Jefferson Street with the Southwest
R.O.W. of Eastaide Drive Borth (State Highway 240);
THENCE S.360-24'E. 150.0 feet with the Southwest R.O.W. of Eastaide Dr. North to a pt. which is the
Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 37;
THENCE S.530-36'W. 145.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 4 in the Northeast line of a
25' alley;
THENCE N.360-24'W. 150.0 feet with said alley line to its intersection with the Southeast R.O.W.
of Jefferson Street;
THENCE N.53°-36'E. 145.0 feet with said R.O.W. to the point of beginning and containing 0.499
acres of land.
