being Lots 8 and 9, Block 47, Original Townsite of the City of Wichita Falls, Texas end
being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point for the Southwest corner of said Block 47, the intersection of
the East line of Eastside Drive North and the North line of Caroline Street;
Thence North 24.00' West 100.00 feet along the East line of said Eastsido Drive North
and the West lines of said Lots 8 and 9 to the Northwest corner of said Lot 9 for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 66.00'East 145.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 9 in the West
line of a 25 foot alley for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 24.00' East 100.00 feet along the West line of the 25 foot alley and the
East lines of said Lots 9 and 8 to the Southeast corner of said Lot 8 in the North line of
Caroline Street for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 66.00' West 145.00 feet along the North line of Caroline Street to the
place of beginning and containing 0.33 acres, more or leas.
