Lots 1-7 inclusive, Block 142. Original Townsite of the City of Wichita Fells, Texas, said tract being more
specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point for the Northeast corner of said Block 142, the Northeast corner of Lot 1, said point
tieing the intersection of the South right-of-way ling of 5th Street and the West right-ot-way line of Lamer
Street, said point bears East 1905 feet and South 24 East 705 feet from the Northwest corner of the said
J. A. Scott Survey go. 16;
Thence South 240 East 352.2 feet along the West r,ght-of-yray line of Lamar Street to a point for the South-
east corner of said Block 14I, the Southeast corner of Lot 7, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 660 West 150.0 feet along the North riii f-way line of 6th Street to a point for the South-
east corner of Lot 7 in the East line of A 25 foot Alley within Block 142 for the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 240 West 352.2 feet along the East line of the said Alley to a point for the Northwest corner of
