222, Original Townsite, Wichita Falls, Texas and more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a spike nail set at the North corner of Lot 1, Block 222, Original Townsite of
Wichita Falls as recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1-4, Wichita County Plat Records, said nail
being at the intersection of the Southeast line of Fourteenth Street and the Southwest line
of Lamar Street, for the North corner of this tract;
THENCE S 35' 29' 40" E, with the Northeast line of said Block 222 and the Southwest line of
Lamar Street, a distance of 227.18 feet to a mag nail set at an "x" in concrete found at
the North corner of a tract of land conveyed to Tim and Melinda Tice by deed recorded in
Volume 2504, Page 508, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for the East corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 54' 10' 00" W, with the Northwest line of said Tice tract, at 149.55 feet pass an
iron rod set for reference, and continuing on the some course a total distance of 150.25
feet to the West corner of said Tice tract in the Northeast line of a 25' alley, for the South
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 35' 29' 40" W, with the Northeast line of said 25' alley, a distance of 227.18 feet
to a mag nail set at the West corner of said Lot 1 and at the intersection of the Northeast
line of said 25' alley and the Southeast line of Fourteenth Street, for the West corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 54' 10' 21" E, with the Northwest line of said Lot 1 and the Southeast line of
Fourteenth Street, a distance of 150.25 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.78
acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
