BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the East corner of Lot 1, Block 89, Original Townsite of
Wichita Falls, as recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1 thru 4, Wichita County Plot Records, said rod
being at the intersection of the Southwest line of Lee Street and the Northwest line of
Second Street, for the East comer of this tract;
THENCE S 54' 59' 00" W with the Northwest line of Second Street, a distance of 150.00 feet
to an iron rod set at the South comer of said Lot 1, said rod being at the intersection of
the Northeast line of a 25 foot alley and the Northwest line of Second Street, for the South
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 35' 00' 00" W with the Northeast line of said 25 foot alley and the Southwest line
of Lots 1 thru 5, Block 89, Original Townsite of Wichita Falls, a distance of 125.00 feet to on
iron rod set at the West corner of said Lot 5 and the South corner of Lot 6, Block 89,
Original Townsite of Wichita Falls, for the West corner of this tract;
THENCE N 54' 59' 00" E with the Northwest line of said Lot 5, a distance of 150.00 feet to
a nail set in the top of a fence post at the North corner of said Lot 5, said nail being the
East corner of said Lot 6 and being in the Southwest line of Lee Street, for the North
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 35' 00' 00" E with the Southwest line of Lee Street, and the Northeast line of
said Lots 1-5, a distance of 125.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.43
acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
