BEGINNING at a spike nail set at the North corner of Lot 1, Block 181. Original Townsite of
Wichita Falls, as recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1 thru 4, Wichita County Plat Records, said
corner also being the North corner of Block 181, said nail is at the intersection of the
Southeast line of Ninth Street and the Southwest line of the B. N. & S. F. RR. yard, for the
North corner of this tract;
THENCE S 35' 00' 00" E along the Northeast line of said Block 181, a distance of 350.00
feet to a mag nail set in on "X" found in concrete, said mag nail being at the East corner
of Lot 7, Block 181, and at the East corner of Block 181, said mag nail is also at the
intersection of the Northwest line of Tenth Street and the Southwest line of the B. N. & S.
F. RR, yard, for the East corner of this tract;
THENCE S 55' 03' 17" W with the Southeast line of said Block 181, and the Northwest line of
Tenth Street, a distance of 150.00 feet to a nail set in a tree at the South corner of said
Lot 7, said nail being in the Northeast line of a 25 foot alley, for the South corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 35' 00' 00" W with the Northeast line of said 25 foot alley, o distance of 350.00
feet to a spike nail set in the Southeast line of Ninth Street, said nail being at the West
corner of said Lot 1, Block 181, and in the Northwest line of Block 181, for the West corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 55' 03' 17" E with the Northwest line of said Lot 1, the Northwest line of said
Block 181, and the Southeast line of Ninth Street, a distance of 150.00 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 1.21 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plot and whose names are subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
