the East corner of Lot 2, Block 57. and in the Southwest line of North Travis Street, for the
North corner of this tract;
THENCE S 34' 38' 14" E with the Northeast line of said Lot 3, and the Southwest line of
North Travis Street, a distance of 50.00 feet to an iron rod set at the East corner of said
Lot 3, and the North corner of Lot 4, Block 57, for the most Northerly East corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 55' 21' 46" W with the Southeast line of said Lot 3, and the Northwest line of
said Lot 4, a distance of 65.00 feet to a mog nail set in the Southeast line of said Lot 3
at the West corner of a tract of land conveyed to Jose Juan Orozco by deed recorded at
Volume 2863, Page 25, Official Public Records of Wichita County, for an ell comer of this
tract;
THENCE S 34' 38' 14" E with the Southwest line of said Orozco tract, a distance of 50.00
feet to on iron rod set at the South corner of said Orozco tract in the Southeast line of
said Lot 4, and in the Northwest line of Lot 5, Block 57, for the most Southerly East corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 55' 21' 46" W along the Southeast line of said Lot 4, and the Northwest line of
said Lot 5, a distance of 93.54 feet to a mag nail set in the East line of North Brook
Avenue, for the South corner of this tract;
THENCE NORTH along the East line of North Brook Avenue, a distance of 121.54 feet to an
iron rod set in the Northwest line of said Lot 3, and in the Southeast line of said Lot 2, for
the West corner of this tract;
THENCE N 55' 21' 46" E along the Northwest line of said Lot 3, and the Southeast line of
said Lot 2, a distance of 89.46 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.21 ACRE
of land.
