RECORDS, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the intersection of the Northeast right-of-way
line of Travis Street, a dedicated street, and the Southeast right-of-way line of
13th Street, a dedicated street, said rod being the West corner of said Block
215, Original Townsite, and the PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE N 56' 02' 17" E with said Southeast right-of-way line of 13th Street, a
distance of 325.00 feet to an iron rod set at the intersection of said
Southeast right-of-way line of 13th Street and the Southwest right-of-way line
of Lamar Street, a dedicated street, said rod being the North corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 34' 00' 00" E with said Southwest right-of-way line of Lamar Street,
a distance of 349.61 feet to an iron rod set at the intersection of said
Southwest right-of-way line of Lamar Street with the Northwest right-of-way
line of 14th Street, a dedicated street, said rod being the East corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 56' 00' 00" W with said Northwest right-of-way line of 14th Street,
a distance of 326.20 feet to an iron rod set at the intersection of said
Northwest right-of-way line and the aforementioned Northeast right-of-way line
of Travis Street, for the South corner of this tract;
THENCE N 33' 48' 14" W with said Northeast right-of-way line of Travis Street,
a distance of 349,83 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.61
acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name
is subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes
and considerations therein expressed, and further warrants that it has lawful
authority to make such dedications.
