described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a mag nail set at the South corner of Lot 6, Block 223, Original Townsite of
Wlchito Falls, Texas as recorded In Volume 4• Pages 1-4, Wichita County Plat Records, said
mag nail being at the intersection of the Northeast line of Lamar Street and the Northwest
line of Fifteenth Street, said nail also being the South corner of this tract;
THENCE N 35' 28'14" W with the Northeast line of Lamar Street, a distance of 155.29 feet to
an iron rod found at the South corner of a tract conveyed to Barnes Maintenance by deed
recorded at Volume 1360. Page 61, Wichita County Deed Records, sold rod being the West
comer of this tract;
THENCE N 54' 38' 05" E with the Southeast line of said Barnes Maintenance tract, a distance
of 149.98 feet to an iron rod found at its East corner, said rod being in the Southwest line
of a 25 foot dedicated alley, for the North corner of this tract;
THENCE S 35' 28' 30" East with the Southwest line of said 25 foot alley, a distance of
156.24 feet to on iron rod set at the East corner of said Lot 6, said rod being at the
intersection of the Northwest line of Fifteenth Street and the Southwest line of said 25 foot
alley, for the East comer of this tract;
THENCE S 55' 00' 00" W with the Northwest line of Fifteeenth Street and the Southeast line
of said Lot 6, a distance of 150.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.54
ACRE of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are
subscribed hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
