BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the North corner of Lot 1, Block 135, Original Townsite of
Wichita Falls, as recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1-4, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod
being at the intersection of the Southeast line of East Fifth Street and the Southwest line of
Farris Street, for the North corner of this tract;
THENCE S 36' 01' 47' E with the Southwest line of Farris Street, a distance of 100.64 feet
to on iron rod set at the East comer of Lot 2 of sold Block 135, for the East comer of this
tract;
THENCE S 53' 53' 42' W with the Southeast line of said Lot 2, a distance of 99.72 feet to
an iron rod set at the East comer of a tract of land conveyed to Moses Gonzales, John
Gonzales, Jr., and Ruth G. Reed by deed recorded in Volume 1979. Page 627, Official Publlc
Records of Wichita Falls, for the South corner of this tract;
THENCE N 35' 59' 38" W with the Northeast line of said Gonzales and Reed tract, a distance
of 100.54 feet to an Iron rod set In the Southeast line of East 5th Street, for the North
comer of said Gonzales and Reed tract, end the West comer of this tract;
THENCE N 53' 50' 15' E with the Southeast line of East 5th Street, a distance of 99.66 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.23 Acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name Is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
