LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A 0.482-acre tract of land out of Block 207, Original Townsite of Wichita Falls, Texas, being all of Lots 6 &
7 of said Block 207 and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an "x" in concrete being the point of intersection of the northeast right-of-way line of Austin
Street, a dedicated city street, with the northwest right-of-way line of 13th Street, a dedicated city street,
said "x" also being the south corner of said Lot 6 for the south corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this
tract;
THENCE NORTH 34°00'00" WEST 140.00 feet along the northeast rightof-way line of said Austin Street
and the southwest lines of said Lots 6 & 7 to an "x" in concrete being the west comer of said Lot 7 and the
south corner of Lot 8 of said Block 207 for the west comer of this tract;
THENCE leaving the northeast right-of-way line of said AUSTIN Street, NORTH 56"00'00" EAST 150.00
feet along the southeast line of said Lot 8 and the northwest line of said Lot 7 to a 1/24nch iron rod in the
southwest rightof-way line of a dedicated Alley being the east corner of said Lot 8 and the north comer of
