specifically described as follows:
Beginning at a % inch reinforcing rod found at the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block 73, Original Townsite,
the point of beginning of this tract.
Thence South 53 degrees 36 minutes West (Basis of Bearings) 140.09 feet along the South line of said Lot 8
and the North line of a 25 foot alley to a'/z inch reinforcing rod in the East line of North Eastside Drive.
Thence North 39 degrees 10 minutes West a chord distance of i06.28 feet along the East line of North
