134, Original Townsite and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the Northeast comer of Lot 14. Block 134, Original Townsite
of Wichita Falls as recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1-4, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod
being at the intersection of the South line of East Fifth Street and the West line of a 25.0
foot alley, said rod also being the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 36' 04' 00" E with the West line of said 25.0 feet alley, a distance of 150.90 feet
to a spike nail set at the Southeast comer of Lot 12, Block 134, Original Townsite of Wichita
Foils as recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1-4, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 54' 01' 39" W with the South line of said Lot 12, a distance of 150.93 feet to an
iron rod set at the Southwest corner of said Lot 12, said rod being on the East line of
Farris Street and being the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 36. 04' 00" W with the East line of Farris Street, a distance of 150.90 feet to an
iron rod set at the Northwest comer of said Lot 14, said rod being at the intersection of the
West Line of Farris Street and the South line of East Fifth Street and being the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 54' 01' 39" E with the North line of said Lot 14 and the South line of East Fifth
Street, a distance of 150.93 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.523 ACRE of
land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
