LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A 0.25-acre tract of land out of Block 216, Original Townsite of Wichita Falls, Texas, and being the sum of two tracts deeded to Wichita Falls
Faith Mission Inc. (hereafter WFFMI) from Rhonell Dean George on February 19, 1992, as recorded in Volume 1574, Page 508, Wichita
County Deed Records, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2-inch iron rod being the point of intersection of the northeast right-of-way line of Austin Street, a dedicated city street,
With the southeast right-of-way line of 13th Street, a dedicated city street, said iron rod also being the west comer of said Block 216 and the
west comer of said WFFMI tract for the west comer and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE NORTH 56°00'00" EAST 150.00 feet along the southeast right-of-way line of said 13th Street and the northwest lines of said
Block 216 and said WFFMI tract to a 1/2-inch iron rod at the point of intersection of the southeast right-of-way line of said 13th Street with
the southwest right-of-way line of a 20-foot public alley, said iron and also being the north corner of said WFFMI tract for the north corner of
this tract;
THENCE leaving the southeast right-of-way line of said 13th Street, SOUTH 34"00'00" EAST 80.00 feet along the southwest right-of-way
line of said alley and along the northeast line of said WFFMI tract to a 1/2-inch iron rod being the east corner of said WFFMI tract and the
north corner of that certain tract of land deeded to Jim P. Nelson as recorded in Volume 2049, Page 491, Wichita County Deed Records,
for the east corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving the southwest right-of-way line of said alley, SOUTH 56°00'00" WEST 53.00 feet along the southeast line of said WFFMI
tract and the northwest line of said Newsom tract to a point under a fence being an angle point in the southeast line of said WFFMI tract and
in the northwest line of said Newsom tract for an angle point in the southeast line of this tract;
THENCE NORTH 34°00'00" WEST 10,00 feet along the southeast line of said WFFMI tract and the northwest line of said Newsom tract to
a 1/2-inch iron rod being an angle point in the southeast line of said WFFMI tract and in the northwest line of said Newsom tract for an angle
