WHEREAS Nortex 911 Communication District is the owner of a 0.323 acre tract of land being
a portion of Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 186, Original Townsite of Wichita Falls as recorded in
Volume 4, Pages 1-4, Wichita County Plat Records, and more particularly described by metes
and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a pk nail set at the Northeast comer of Lot 3, Block 186, Original Townsite as
recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1-4, Wichita County Plat Records, said nail also being in the
West right—of—way line of Travis Street;
THENCE S 35' 02' 00" E with the said West right—of—way line of Travis Street, o distance of
115.77 feet to a pk nail set in the said West right—of—way line of Travis Street;
THENCE leaving the said West right—of—way line of Travis Street S 55' 02' 59" W a distance
of 149.48 feet to a pk nail set in the East line of a 25 foot alley,
THENCE N 35' 02' 45" W with the East line of said 25 foot alley a distance of 50.38 feet to
a pk nail set in the said East line of a 25 foot alley,
THENCE leaving the said East line of a 25 foot alley, N 55' 03' 55" E a distance of 49.83
feet to a spike nail set at an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N 35' 02' 28" W a distance of 65.48 feet to a pk nail set in the North line of said
Lot 3;
THENCE N 55' 05' 31" E. with the North line of said Lot 3, a distance of 99.67 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.323 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed. .
