FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the Northeast comer of Lot 1, Block 143, Original Townsite
as recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1-4 of the Wichita County Plot Records, said iron rod being
of the intersection of the South right—of—way line of Fifth Street and the West right—of—way
line of Travis Street;
THENCE with the West line of said right—of—way of Travis Street, S 35' 00' 41" E a distance
of 151.18 feet to an iron rod set at the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 143, Original
Townsite as recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1-4 of the Wichita County Plot Records;
THENCE with the South line of said Lot 3, S 54' 59' 19" W a distance of 149.25 feet to an
iron rod set at the Southwest corner of said Lot 3, said rod being in the East right—of—way
line of a 25 foot alley,
THENCE with the East right—of—way line of said 25 foot alley, N 35' 03' 50" W a distance of
151.21 feet to an iron rod set at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1 being in the South
right—of—way line of Fifth Street;
THENCE with the North line of said Lot 1 and the South right—of—way line of Fifth Street,
N 55' 00' 00" E a distance of 149.39 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.518
acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
