THENCE with the West line of said 25 foot Alley, S 34' 50' 22" E a distance of 200.00 feet
to a nail set at the Southeast corner of Lot 11, Block 172, Original Townsite as recorded in
Volume 4, Pages 1-4 of the Wichita County Plot Records;
THENCE with the South line of said Lot 11, S 55' 15' 29" W a distance of 149.11 feet to a
nail set at the Southwest corner of said Lot 11 being in the East Right—of—way line of Austin
Street;
THENCE with the East Right—of—way line of Austin Street, N 35' 00' 00" W a distance of
200.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.686 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
