to an iron rod set in the intersection of the Northeast line of Calhoun Street and the
Southeast line of Madison Street;
THENCE N 53' 36' 47" E with the Southeast line of Madison Street a distance of 150.0 feet to
an iron rod set in the Southwest line of a 25 foot wide Alley;
THENCE S 36' 23' 20" E with the Southwest line of said Alley, a distance of 350.0 feet to an
iron rod set in the Northwest line of Jefferson Street;
THENCE S 53' 36' 47" W with the Northwest line of Jefferson Street a distance of 150.0 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.205 acres of land.
