BEGINNING at a made + mark made in concrete for the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 237,
Original Townsite of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas.
THENCE S54'55'15"W 254.30 feet to a + mark mode in concrete for the Southwest corner of
said Lot 3
THENCE N34'49'40"W 350.00 feet to a + mark made in concrete for the Northwest corner of
Lot 1, Block 237, Original Townsite of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas
THENCE N54'55'15"E 254.30 feet to a 1/2" iron reinforcing rod set for the Northeast corner
of said Lot 1
THENCE S34'49'40"E 350.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.04 acres of
land more or less.
