iron rod being in the West line of Patterson Street;
THENCE S 350 00' E with the West line of Patterson Street, a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron
rod set for the Southeast corner of Lot 5;
THENCE S 54'• 58' W with the South line of Lot 5, a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod set at
the Southwest corner of Lot 5;
THENCE N 35'00' W with the West line of Lots 5 and 4, a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron rod
set at the Northwest corner of Lot 4;
THENCE N 55' 58' E with the North line of Lot 4, distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.344 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
