BEGINNING at an "x" set in concrete at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 63, Original
Townsite, as recorded in Volume 4, Pages 1 to 4, Wichita County Plat Records, said point
being in the South line of Carolina Street, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 53' 36' E with the South line of Caroline Street a distance of 145.0 feet to an
"x" set in concrete which bears S 53' 36' W 5.0 feet from the original Northeast corner of
Lot 1, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 36' 24' E with the West line of Eastside Drive a distance of 150.0 feet to an
iron rod set for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 53` 36' W with the South line of Lot 6, a distance of 145.0 feet feet to an iron
rod set at the Southwest corner of Lot 6 and the East line of a 20 foot alley, for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 36' 24' W with the East line of alley a distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.499 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
