THENCE N34057'09"W 100.83 feet to a + mark found in a brick retaining wall for the
Northwest corner of Lot 8-A, Block 187, Original Townsite of Wichita Falls,

THENCE N54059'59"E 150.72 feet to a ''" iron reinforcing rod set for the Northeast
