BEGINNING at a drill hole found in concrete at the South corner of Lot 12, Block 186, Original
Townsite of Wichita Falls;
THENCE N 35' 00' W 151.28 feet with the Northeast line of Austin Street to an iron rod set for
the West corner of this tract;
THENCE N 55' 05' E 149.76 feet with Southeast line of Ninth Street to a 1" pipe found for the
North corner of this tract;
THENCE S 35' 01' E 151.11 feet with Southwest line of a 25 foot alley to a drill hole found in
concrete for the East corner of this tract;
THENCE S 55' 01' W 149.78 feet with the Southeast line of Lot 12, to the PLACE OF BEGINNING,
and containing 0.52 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
